A day in the life of a cross-training workout at SPENGA Marlborough involves members moving through the three pillars of fitness. The combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and yoga aims to provide a well-rounded fitness experience.
Spin (20 minutes): The workout begins with a high-energy spin session. Members hop on stationary bikes and engage in a cardio-intensive cycling session. The instructor guides the session through various intervals, sprints, and climbs reaching various levels of their own self developed zones to get the heart rate up and promote cardiovascular fitness.
Strength (20 minutes): Following the spin session, members move to the strength training area. This segment focuses on building and toning muscles. You can expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps, medicine balls and more! These different drills are designed to target different muscle groups. The strength portion targets to improve overall strength, endurance, and muscle tone.
Yoga (20 minutes): The workout concludes with a yoga session, focusing on balance, and relaxation. Members go through a series of yoga poses and stretches to help cool down their bodies, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. This segment is essential for promoting overall well-being and preventing muscle stiffness.

SPENGA Marlborough offers a variety of membership plans tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our members. All memberships have access to our entire schedule, including our specialty classes of REVIVE, REVOLVE + REP. All members have access to their own locker and our amenities of private showers. Also, involvement with our members will schedule their sessions through our SPENGA 2.0 app.

Monthly Memberships:
4x a month is for a member that might want to supplement what they are already doing or work in the area and can only attend a session 1x a week. This membership is $89 a month.
8x a month is for a member that is looking to attend twice a week. This membership is $129 a month.
Unlimited membership for those that will have SPENGA their home base for their fitness journey. These members come to the studio three or more times a week! This membership is $159 a month.
Class Packs:
Ideal for those with non-routine schedules or occasional visitors. We sell them in quantity of 10, 20 and 30 and they have a 1-year expiration date.
