Whether she’s coaching, practicing yoga, or sharing her expertise in nutrition, Liv embodies the SPENGA spirit and is here to help you on your fitness journey. Liv's Journey to Marlborough, MA
Liv grew up in North Carolina and attended East Carolina University. After graduating in 2021, she decided to make a big change by moving to Massachusetts.
Early Career and Professional Growth into the Fitness Industry
Liv’s first job in Massachusetts was as a residential advisor at a group home for 6–12-year-olds. She quickly advanced through the ranks, becoming an assistant supervisor. Following this role, Liv transitioned to Awaken180 Weight Loss, where she worked one-on-one with clients to coach them toward achieving their weight loss goals.
During her time at Awaken180, Liv secured her Holistic Nutritionist Certification through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). This certification deepened her understanding of the impact of food on the body and the importance of maintaining a nutritious diet.
Fitness Achievements and Aspirations
Since relocating to Massachusetts, Liv has developed a strong passion for fitness. She has completed several notable challenges, including a sprint triathlon, a 10k, and a half marathon. Her dream is to become a certified yoga instructor, and she practices yoga daily to pursue this goal.
Hobbies and Interests Beyond Fitness
Outside of work and fitness, Liv enjoys:
- Exploring new places in New England.
- Spending time on the kayak, often fishing.
- Experimenting with different recipes in the kitchen.
- She is passionate about personal growth and takes joy in helping others discover their potential through nutrition, fitness, and life coaching.
Living a Balanced Life
When Liv isn’t doing yoga or working at SPENGA, she can often be found:
Hiking in nature.
Spending time with friends.
Curling up with a good book.
Liv believes in maintaining a balanced life and encourages others to do the same. She’s excited to meet everyone and contribute to making SPENGA the best WERKout place ever!
