Olivia joined the SPENGA Marlborough team with several years of experience in the fitness industry. Her love of exercise and movement stems from an active childhood – a native of Westford, MA, she spent most of her time playing softball and ice hockey. Her dedication to both her academics and her athletics brought her to Stonehill College, where she earned a degree in English and played four years of Division II softball. Eager to stay moving after graduation, she swapped her cleats for spin shoes and has been on the mic ever since!
Olivia first fell in love with SPENGA Marlborough as a member in the summer of 2022 - after her first class, she was hooked! She couldn’t get enough of the creative formats, efficiency of the exercises, and the warmth of the community. Plus, the variety of class times offered at SPENGA allowed her to build a routine that worked for her schedule so that she could prioritize her health.
After working in fitness management full-time for three years and shifting back into the corporate space, she was eager to return to her fitness roots part-time, and jumped at the opportunity to join SPENGA Marlborough’s incredible team of instructors. Olivia loves to challenge members in her class, and often tries to think outside of the box to take a routine exercise to the next level! Her favorite part of being on the mic at SPENGA is when a member smiles after a hard effort. That smile shows pride, resilience, and trust, and proves that we can tackle the hard things together!
In her free time, Olivia enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and their 80-lb rescue dog, Hercules! She also recently became an auntie to two amazing nephews, and takes any opportunity she can to watch them grow!
Olivia holds a Spinning certification from Mad Dogg Athletics, and her CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. You can catch Olivia on the mic Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6 AM, and often on the weekends. Get ready to be challenged and encouraged while you WERK!
