Britany is one of our key instructors that provides a comfortable workout environment while keeping you engaged and motivated every step of the way throughout your session.  Britany has a background in dance…she has been dancing since the time she could walk which has given her the fast paced and high energy personality she is known for at SPENGA. 


Britany has an incredible mindfulness and helping others which is why members really enjoy each of her sessions. Her attention to detail comes into play when she is watching members with either form, knowing their capacity to go to the next set of weights, or if they need a modification.  At SPENGA Marlborough we pride ourselves on the relationships that we create with our members, and Britany does that with ease! She truly enjoys getting to know each member and how she can help them fall in love with fitness like she did!  Britany plans her sessions not only about fitness, but also being surrounded by like-minded individuals, and that is one of the reasons why the SPENGA Marlborough has such a tight-knit community.


During college, Britany started to enjoy hot yoga classes and it soon took her into her own health and wellness journey of understanding why fitness was so important to her lifestyle. “I am always up for trying something new, which is how I learned about SPENGA. I took my first class in the summer of 2021 and was hooked! I need a workout that is a good sweat that incorporates not just strength training, but also cardio and stretching. You get the best workout at SPENGA because it ties all the essentials into one class. I also enjoy a little friendly competition and I feel like getting my name to light up green is that competitive side of me pushing to strive for my best. I truly love teaching because it brings so much joy to see the members evolve and to not only gain the physical benefits but to also gain confidence."


Britany enjoys teaching early morning and mid-morning sessions to get the blood moving first part of the day. You will appreciate her passion in giving you the best 20/20/20 experience. Kicking off with SPIN to immediately heat up the body and start shredding calories. To the next 20 minutes of STRENGTH to increase your muscle mass, boost your resting metabolism, and burn more calories. The last 20 minutes of YOGA is a fantastic way to increase circulation, improve posture and alignment, and promote recovery. Britany will be encouraging you the whole way. She also instructs SPENGA’s REP session which is a 45-minute STRENGTH session where you get a full body workout.  


When Britany is not in the studio, you can find her with her 3 yorkies and her husband Frank, trying out new recipes, or binge-watching Greys Anatomy.
