What is your favorite part about SPENGA?! What motivates you to keep coming back?

 

 My favorite part about SPENGA is the energy that the sessions bring. I also feel accomplished every time I leave, no matter what type of class I take. The energy keeps me motivated to come back, multiple times a week! 

 

What most surprised you about SPENGA?

 

I was most surprised to experience how quickly the sessions go by. I went in thinking the 20 minutes of SPIN, 20 minutes of STRENGTH and 20 minutes of YOGA would feel like forever… but then found out that each class feels like it’s over before it began! The sessions are upbeat with fun music and energy and that makes the time fly by!

 

How has SPENGA impacted your life outside of the studio? 

 

Since beginning my journey at SPENGA, I feel a lot stronger inside and outside of the studio! It has also impacted my confidence, helping me to feel good about myself and knowing I am healthier in my day-to-day routines! 

 

What part of SPENGA would you like to grow in (SPIN, STRENGTH or YOGA) and why?

 

I would like to grow more in STRENGTH because I want to keep working on my form, my ability to lift stronger weights and watch my fitness goals progress! I have a goal to continue to get stronger so I can see and feel the changes in my body, not only inside the studio but outside the studio as well. 

 

Tell us something about yourself that many of us may not know

 

My favorite subject to study in school is history! I find it exciting to learn about everything and anything historical!
