What is your favorite part about SPENGA?! What motivates you to keep coming back?
I love HITT training, and all the instructors. I usually attend sessions with Ashlee, Chantal, Kellie and Tricia; They are all amazing and each one brings a special uniqueness to each session! I get excited to learn new exercises and enjoy challenging myself each session.
What most surprised you about SPENGA?
I was most surprised to see the diversity in exercises in RIDE, REP & REVIVE and the overall vibe in the studio. I love the friendships and support that the SPENGA community brings!
How has SPENGA impacted your life outside of the studio?
SPENGA has given me more confidence, endurance, and discipline in my daily routines!
What part of SPENGA would you like to grow in (SPIN, STRENGTH or YOGA) and why?
I attend at least 5-6 sessions a week and enjoy the HITT WERKouts the most! I am always trying to improve my push-ups, overall endurance level and mobility. It is a goal of mine to continue to improve on all three!
Tell us something about yourself that many of us may not know
I recently started a unique niche business that will change how we shop for intimate evenings. I love to paint, hike, kayak, fish, travel, watch sports and play video games with my two boys! Learning new hobbies is always fun for me!
