What is your favorite part about SPENGA?! What motivates you to keep coming back?
My favorite part about a SPENGA session is the RIDE portion! I love how the bike’s technology tracks my spin stats; It helps me stay motivated to increase my “sweet spot!” I get pumped up/scared every time it goes up!
What most surprised you about SPENGA?
I was most surprised to experience how hard the WERKout can be. If you do every exercise in STRENGTH for the whole duration, with the proper weights and number of REPS, it’s a real grind.
How has SPENGA impacted your life outside of the studio?
Since joining the studio, I have something motivating to look forward to each week! Attending sessions has greatly impacted my fitness and well-being.
What part of SPENGA would you like to grow in (SPIN, STRENGTH or YOGA) and why?
I would like to grow most in spin. I want to work on fixing my posture and positioning on the bike. With this change, I believe I will achieve better results and increase my overall workout experience!
