What is your favorite part about SPENGA?! What motivates you to keep coming back?
I have been attending SPENGA for 2 months and attend the studio 6 days a week! I love how SPENGA has multiple different formats and enjoys taking ALL sessions, SPENGA, REVOLVE and REVIVE! My favorite is YOGA… it motivates me to come back for more!
What most surprised you about SPENGA?
I was surprised at how motivational and great my experience has been so far, not only for my body but for my mind! I deal with a lot of stress at work and feels as though SPENGA is a much-needed mental release for myself!
How has SPENGA impacted your life outside of the studio?
I am proud that I have been able to attend 6 sessions a week consistently. Previous workouts, whether they were on my own or other fitness classes were “one and done.” I truly LOVE SPENGA and it keeps coming back for more!
What part of SPENGA would you like to grow in (SPIN, STRENGTH or YOGA) and why?
I would like to grow in SPIN to build up my resistance. I feel challenged in the studio and is excited to continue to push and WERK to beat my goal after each session!
Tell us something about yourself that many of us may not know
I am fluent in Polish and have 2 children that are 15 years apart!
